Our flat monthly fee is comprehensive and covers all the operational overhead of running a premium website. It includes:

Traditional web design agencies charge a massive upfront development fee ($3,000 to $5,000) and then leave hosts to figure out booking plugins, domain mappings, and software crashes on their own. We align our incentives with yours. We waive the setup costs and earn our income through a predictable, sustainable monthly relationship. It ensures we keep your booking engine running flawlessly and keep your site updated forever.
None. There are zero contracts, long-term commitments, or hidden costs. We operate entirely on a month-to-month subscription basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your monthly plan at any time with a simple 30-day notice.
Since we build, host, and maintain your custom website under our server infrastructure as an active service, if you cancel your plan, the hosting will be terminated and the site will go offline. If you choose to take ownership of the design and migrate the code to your own self-hosted server, we offer a clean migration packaging service for a flat administrative transfer fee of $499.
No. Every booking made directly on your ScaleLodge site is yours to keep in full. 100% of the funds are deposited straight from the guest to your personal business merchant account (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Square). We never touch your revenue, nor do we take a single penny of your profits.

Calendar, Syncs & Tech Stack

We establish highly reliable 2-way synchronization feeds. For standard installations, we map out secure, real-time iCal feeds. As soon as a guest pays and completes their direct reservation on your website, your website locks the calendar and pushes the update to block your Airbnb and VRBO calendars within 1 hour. If you receive a booking on Airbnb, the iCal feed syncs backwards and blocks out availability on your website calendar automatically. No manual intervention required.

Yes. If you already purchased a custom domain name (e.g., yourcabin.com), you retain 100% legal ownership. We will guide you on how to change your DNS settings (a simple 2-minute update) to point your domain to our secure ScaleLodge hosting. If you don’t have a domain name yet, we will register a premium domain of your choice and configure all the record mapping as part of your active monthly subscription.
Yes. Social proof is the secret to converting random website visitors into confirmed direct bookings. We configure a live reviews import widget that pulls in your high 5-star rating reviews, user avatars, and text from Airbnb, VRBO, or Google Places to build immediate guest trust.

Onboarding & Design Roadmap

Additionally, you will complete a quick 10-minute questionnaire outlining your preferred color themes, specific local activity recommendations, and any branding thoughts. We handle everything else.
